Our RNs and LPNs services include: ventilator and tracheotomy care, care for chronic illnesses and injuries, brain and spinal cord injury care, orthopedic disorder care, diabetes management and care, Short Bowel Syndrome care, coordinating home medical equipment, pharmacy, and supplies, monitoring vitals, measuring height and weight, performing dressing changes, wound care, insulin therapy and pain management.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy uses physical activity, exercise, and additional treatments such as massage to aid in strengthening, healing, and relieving pain after an injury, illness, or operation.
Progressive Healthcare Service's Physical Therapists assess and provide treatment to help patients of all ages increase mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Therapists also work with family and community resources to maximize the patient's rehabilitation process.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is a rehabilitative service for people with mental, physical, developmental, or emotional impairments that restores or maintains their ability to perform tasks used in daily living, often through developing ways to modify or adapt activities. Progressive Healthcare Service's Occupational Therapists assess and treat patients in order to increase their self-help and homemaking skills.
Progressive Healthcare Services with assistance with personal care such as bathing, using the toilet, or dressing. We will also provide assistance with ambulation, mobility, and transfers, preparing meals, feeding and preventing falls.
Light Housework
Our home care aides will assist with laundry and ironing, garbage removal, dusting, organizing, etc., organizing and reading mail, assisting with pet care, and aiding with reading.
Medical Social Worker
Our Medical Social Workers provides medically necessary intervention to patients who have social or emotional problems which are or are expected to be an impediment to the effective treatment of the patient's medical condition and/or rate of recovery.
Pediatric Care
The services we are able to provide include but are not limited to tracheotomies peg tubes, IV antibiotics (Central Line or Picc Lines), jejunostomy bags and ventilators.
